About Us Hillside Custom Machining and Fabrication LLC started in 1992 as a small shop with four people, a basic lathe, mill, two welders, a grinder and a sander. Over the past fifteen years our continuous on-time service at competitive prices allowed us to grow into our present 11,500 sq. ft. Exton, PA shop with a branch operation of 3,500 sq. ft. in Elverson, PA. We have equipped our shops with state of the art equipment and highly experience craftsmen. In addition, we provide in-plant maintenance providing your operation with full maintenance coverage from daily routine jobs to large projects.
 Our equipment consists of state of the art CNC milling machines and lathes, as well as a number of turret and engine lathes that allow us to handle all of your machining needs. Our fabrication department also has s 150-ton brake and a 150-ton hydraulic shear. The welding equipment is comprised of TIG, MIG and plasma cutting.
 The Hillside staff consists of fully trained machinists, fabricators, field machinists and first class mechanics. Our strengths are in paper mill, steel mill, printing, cutting and packaging equipment. Special knowledge and skills are focused on stainless, aluminum, titanium and carbon steels.
